3. Bookings & Payments

3.2 Pricing

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

• We will offer an alternative tour of comparable standard
• If you decline the alternative, we will refund all payments made
• We are not liable for any additional costs incurred

4.3 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 15-30 working days from the date of cancellation approval. Bank charges and processing fees may apply.

5. Travel Requirements

5.1 Documentation

It is your responsibility to ensure you have all necessary travel documents including:

7.2 Consequences of Misconduct

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in a tour without refund if you:

• Cause significant disruption
• Fail to comply with tour requirements
